On Monday 3th Febr. 2014 I go with my wife and an old friend and his wife to South-Africa for about three weeks. During the preparations I read something about Napoleon.
There are two spots to visit:
- the vineyards of Constantia (South os Cape Town). Napoleon drunk this wine on St.Helena
- the small town Beaufort-West. In a museum must be a collection of items which once served the daily needs of Napoleon (dinner-plate, winecooler, a silver spoon e.s.o.)
I hope to find it all during this longer trip.
Of course Napoleon is not the drive to go to South-Africa, I am not alone this time!
But I shall not miss these items! When I have been returned, I tell and show you more!
